The accommodation, while not the cheapest option in the area, offers an experience that is commensurate with its pricing. The charming, modernized historic interior created an inviting atmosphere, complemented by cozy, soundproofed rooms outfitted with excellent beds. My room featured a balcony that provided breathtaking mountain views-a delightful morning backdrop for sipping coffee made with the in-room electric kettle. The spacious design offered comfort after long days spent riding. The hotel's dining was another strong point, with breakfast highlighting regional products, including many homemade components. Dining options nearby, albeit pricy, offered high-quality meals, making them worthwhile for a special treat after a day exploring. Being located close to the picturesque medieval abbey and just a short ride from the Umbrail Pass made the location ideal for both culture and adventure. This hotel offers a remarkable balance of luxury and value, appealing to travelers looking for a memorable yet financially prudent stay.
